Holy Moly

I have blue marks around my waist from excessive hula hooping last night :-o I might have over done it cause I did it for a long time when I tested it and was so pleased about it staying up so long. Later on I did it again for at least 10-15 minutes to impress John with my new skills. Now I know for one thing why you are supposed to start doing it with a sweater and why it says on the package that 10 minutes per day are enough. But it is so much fun!!! I´m tiptoeing about doing it again cause I´m so proud now that I can keep it up. Now where´s that top that I got for training for my birthday? I don´t care if those blue marks hurt.
