a lot of stuff happened since the Voices of Fashion... However it is total fun to see this video in which I pose with one of my co-models for Bittersüß - and get a total laughing flash (you can see me starting at 1:13) :-D

And now to something very different....

...I wonder wether Iam still myself without the red lipstick or at least my vintage clothes. Though I don´t wear red lipstick every day I at least look retro normally.

However when I look at my photos done for Lucia Brüggen I feel like I look on a Sari from a parallel universe. And that is quiet interesting :-)

Voices of Fashion: Part 1 - Shooting Winter Collection for Lucia Brüggen

Hi everyone,

I survived the "Voices of Fashion" :-D Tons of work - for one day anyway - but also tons of fun! I felt like a nomad with my huge bag full of shoes going from place to place.

My first stop for Saturday was the Café Kit, right next to the Apollo Varieté (and almost neighborhood) for a shooting of winter wear. It was quiet something different from usual as you can tell from the photos :-D

But tasks like this make you learn a lot. Some of the pictures were released on twitter already, so I already share one with you now and more as soon as I have photoshopped versions.

Actually we were supposed to shoot just for one hour, but we extended it a bit because the sun couldn´t decide wether to go away or to burn my eyes out :-D

In Part 2 I will tell you about the Catwalk for Bittersüß, why I had to put on my catwalk outfit many many times, an unexpected interview and how I managed to throw some shopping into this busy day. Hint: There will be a catwalk-video as well.

Voices of Fashion - where to catch me!

That´s a post about the Voices of Fashion in Düsseldorf and where to find me. Hence I asume it´s only really interesting for the German readers.

Ja, es ist soweit! Die Veranstaltung Voices of Fashion breitet sich wieder in der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt aus und freut sich auf euren Besuch!

Die meisten Termine sind der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich! Ihr braucht keinen Presseausweis, keine Akreditierung oder sonstige komische Sachen an die ein Normalsterblicher niemals kommen wird. Also schaut mal vorbei und habt Spass! Bei den folgenden Veranstaltungen werde ich als Modell vertreten sein:

Und ich hab noch vor ein paar Monaten geschrieben das es unwahrscheinlich ist, das ich jemals auf einem Cat-Walk zu sehen sein werde :-D

Ich bin auf gerade am überlegen was ich denn nettes zwischen den Shootings anziehe. Düsseldorf ist zwar die Stadt der Mode, aber leider ziehen sich die meisten einwohner nicht besonders interessant an. Ich glaube ich nehm was gelbes. Gelb wird viel zu selten angezogen!!!

Ich suche auch immrnoch jemanden dem ich meine Videokamera in die Hand drücken kann um mein Catwalk Debüt zu filmen. Ichgeb euch auch ein kaltes Getränk danach aus und erkläre euch auch die Kamera (ist super-easy - keine Sorge). Ihr seid am Samstag da? Mailt mich an!!!

It´s summer and the bees are busy!

Hi everyone,

I´m glad to say that Iam very busy this July! I hate it when nothing happens for a while. That´s booooooring! But now it seems that things are back on track!

Yesterday I shot with Au Contraire and I already have two beautifull photos I can share with you!!!

The cakes are actually.... FAKE. I know they look damn real, but if I were you I wouldn´t try to eat them ;-)

Aachen is close to the Netherlands and Belgium so I was in three countries during one day (ok, we crossed a little part od the Netherlands and my mobile phone got a welcome message from there) and the little river you see is actually in Belgium. Despite the hot weather it was F*CKING COLD! And off course the first thing I saw while I was standing in the river was a HUGE dead fish caught in the sea-weed! The poor thing! I removed if with a stick cause I was frightened to drift and flood into it. There exists a Making of photo, but I do not have that one yet :-D

This Sunday I will drive all the way to Karlsruhe and back for a shooting for Diamonds lingerie. I´ll be driving, shooting and waiting for my train for 16 hours. Oh well, the price you pay for modelling.

And in a week the Voices of Fashion in Düsseldorf start again and I´ll try to do as many cool things as I can! So far Iam booked for a shooting and to walk a catwalk (something I have NEVER done. But oh well, you know me. I think one has to try everything at least once to find out wether you like it or not. I like new experiences). I will list a schedule where you can find me once the event is closer.

The way people reacted on my sitting in there was fun. I would definitely do something like this again.

Me at Voices of Fashion this Saturday

Hi everyone,

when I walked to the supermarket I passed by a store doing cute 50s neckholder dresses. As the owner knows my website she asked me to come along this Saturday and model one of her dresses. I sure said yes, an hour later we did the fitting and picked the perfect dress :-)

So if you are in the NRW area and have yet to make plans about your Saturday why not stop by and say hello?! The Adress is: DSigns, Friedenstr. 66 in Düsseldorf. I will be there from about 3pm to 6 pm or so beeing a part of the decoration and the nifty 50s inspired living room of the café situated next to it.

It is all for the event Voices of Fashion (http://www.voices-of-fashion.de/ or/and http://www.facebook.com/voices.of.fashion for the facebookers) and as I have never been to a fashion event I´m a tiny tiny bit nervous. But as I´m supposed to sit there and be pretty and ocassionally stroll around in the shop it should be fine ;-) There are even shuttle services driving you from one store/event to another, so you have no excuse NOT to come, shop, say hello to me and drink a coffee together. ;-)
