new pictures! Actually old ones. It took me many months to get them and I had to photoshop them myself in the end. It was worth the effort though!!!!

Lace! And the Napoleon Bonaparte Adventure!
Hi everyone,
usually I have my Making off videos finished before I even get the first picture from a photoshooting back..... But than it was unusual conditions...
Yesterday Hady called me because a model cancelled a shooting with her. It was supposed to be in a castle and so she looked for a substitute. I said "HELL YES" as we wanted to shoot anyway (however we planned a outdoor shooting and the weather gods were against us). So I spend to rest of yesterday trying a new make up (I immediately KNEW I needed something artificial and doll-like, eventhough Hady made no specific demands which look I should go for - she told me to surprise her), packing stuff and preparing for the shooting.
This morning I got up reaaaaaally early, put on the make up and off I drove to Cologne where Hady picked me up to drive to Schloss Auel. Iam a history nerd. I´m not kidding. As a child I wanted to grow up to dig for lost cities, bones and treasures. Well, nowadays I dig for vintage clothes and funny things. So off course I informed myself and found out that even Napoleon stayed at this castle once! And so we went to see his room (and shot in Napoleons bathtube.... We´ll see how those turn out). To our surprise the room and the bed were TINY. Like.... Half of my apartment. 15 squaremeters maybe? I laid down on his bed to see what it must feel like to be Napoleon and it seems his ghost liked it as it opened a wardrobe door all by itself when we shot in another room later.
Anyway.... Here are the first pics from this shooting :-)

Iam now a Able Grable!
Hi everyone!
"At the time of World War Two if you were hot just like like Betty Grable you'd be called an Able Grable." This is what Miss Matilda writes on her website www.ablegrable.com
In the past year she has worked hard on her brand and her range of beautifull dresses and I admired her work since the very start, so Iam very happy that I got the opportunity to model her new cutom piece "Ready Hedy", a beautifull house dress in black! (there will also be a yellow version displayed on her website worn by house-model Amanda aka Jitterbugdoll). Believe me when I say it is one of the most comfortable dresses to lounge around in!

And off course you can check out the beauty of the dress in more detail in my latest video! You also get to see me not only as a hungry housewife, but also dressed up as a sailor (giving the worst accordeon-performance you ever saw - how come that lately all photographers own instruments???), as a singer, in a peacock outfit and sporting the underwear as outerwear look in a retroish catsuit version.

Saturday....
And it´s again one of those Saturdays! I didn´t manage to do the Vanity-cleaning yesterday, but today I finally managed... It´s all ready for pretty Bésame-items :-D And I heard they were shipped today (I don´t know if they put together both of my orders, though, but we´ll see). Curious how long it will take!
I also got my new Secrets in LAce stuff and just can´t stop wearing the Godess-bra. Eventhough I have tons of comfy bullet bras that one really takes the cake! I also got me the Dominique Tap pats (looks really vintage with those light beige lace) a black petticoat (I wanted one for years!) and off course the Diamond back seam-stockings. You can be sure to see at least a bit of all that in my next shooting which is planned for next weekend.
What else will I do today? I wanna make photos of some old stuff of mine and put it on ebay. I wanna try to do more sewing on that fab yellow blouse I started. I HAVE to buy food for the weekend. Saturday is also my beauty day, so I wanna do that, too. I wanna test face make up for my shooting next week as I try something special. Refill my water-colour containers with lipstick. Eat only vegetables till the evening. John works extra-long today so I might manage it... Or maybe not ;-) There was something else, but I totally forgot what it was....

Uhhhhhh!
I realised that Secrets in Lace has some fab new stuff on their website that I immediately got to add to my wish-list!!!
It´s not exactly new, but for any reason I didn´t see that one yet (my eye-sight isn´t the best, so forgive me):

The best fans in the world!
Hi folks,
I allways knew I have the best fans in the world, but I really didn´t expect THAT!
Today I got an email by Secretsinlace.com It seems that quiet a few people asked if they ship to Germany in order to send ME gifts!!! My first reaction was suspicious to be honest.
But than I thought over it and since Secrets in Lace is a lingerie seller with best references and known to be a serious and professional business I thought to myself "Well it can´t be harm to start a wish-list there.
