Goodbye summer days

Hi everyone!

This morning there was so much fog that it felt like my train is driving into nowhere. When we passed the bridge over the Rhine I saw.... NOTHING. It was a bit scary, but very fascinating. That said I do think that summer is definetly OVER.

It is this now.

And this is over for at least 7 months or so.Both pictures where taken in the same park just around the corner. More dublicities: Both feature something green. The green dress was purchased via ebay (custom made by Top Runway), the bikini and the shoes were ebay finds, too.

I wanted to have something with plaids on it, so I bought this skirt and hope I can wear it soon in our rainy and uncomfy weather!

What´s more? I plan to work on a new outfit this weekend. I might tell you more about it later. If the weather should be surprisingly beautifull I might visit a flea market in the morning, given that Iam in the mood and don´t wake up verrrrrry late :-D

as yesterdays shooting went so well me and my sweetheart ran out to the park around the corner today and snapped some more. I hope you like them. :-)

Free Sari

Today have a day off (and tommorow, too;-) so I started the big task: Bikini-shopping.... However... I didn´t find one that fitted. I wasn´t aware that bikini-siizing is different from bra-sizing. While I usually wear a 36D or 38C I had to wear a - hold yourself tight - 42 E Bikini to make it at least fit!!!!!! Why the hell don´t they write the ACTUAL size on it? And this was not another countries sizing, this was supposed to be the right one.

Many fittings later I still didn´t find what I was looking for. One of them was ok, but not so super-duper that I had to take it so I didn´t. (And the stretch swimsuits looked horrid, too). Seems like I have to stick to my vintage bathing suits, but I´m too scared to ruin them to wear them for actual swimming. I´ll have to drag John to town with me, so he can tell me if he likes the ok bikini on me cause I didn´t really like the colour and the too high cut of the panties.

On top of all that I couldn´t find any food to buy for today and tommorow (tommorw all shops will be closed for Christi Himmelfahrt). Meas that I have to go to the super-market later when John is back from work....

Hmpf.

The perfect bikini

Why is it so hard to find a cute Vintage-looking Bikini Repro in my size? It really sucks.

I don´t want a triangle bra - those thingies can´t keep up with my boobs
I don´t want to wear something low-waisted.
I don´t want a thong

Leave all this out and you just get vintage ones which I´d hate to wear and have them bleach out or fall apart.

The bikini of my dreams is high-waisted, has a slight bullet form, barely any stretch and is either sailor or hawaaian style. Nothng you can find in your bikini-store next door. And it shouldn´t be too expensive or from a store that only takes credit cards. I have the image of the perfect bikini in my head. If I could I´d start a own collection * lol*

Today I´ll drive back to John! I look soooo much forward to it. I´ll start to work again tommorow.
