It is always a pleasure to come there for a shooting, to browse their enormous collection of clothes and shop till you drop.... Which is why you´ll probably see a few non-shop photos of Lucky Lola dresses as well - well, who could resist shopping when shooting? ;-) I always love to return there, that´s for sure!

Photoshooting with Tate Millinery Part 1

Hello everyone,

last weekend I took a superlong drinve (20 minutes;-) to a neighbour town and shot with lovely Karen from Tate Millinery and her just as lovely husband Andrea! We photographed around 30 hats (estimated number - I lost count because it were SO MANY beautifull hats!) within 3 hours (plus and hour for hair and make up and maybe another one for cupcakes).

So consider this part 1 of at least 4-5 parts full of awesome hats! Keep your eyes on the Online Shop as well and keep in mind: Most of those hats are customizable! So if you think by yourself "Oh, I love this hat, but it wouldn´t go with the clothes I have" - send a message to Tate Millinery to explore the options available! Hello everyone!

Iam not shooting a lot presently, especially considering my blog is called "The Pin up diaries". It was just way too warm the past weeks and I focused more on spending time with my better half than planning shoots :-) So I was very happy when beeing asked to do a shooting for Rock Rooms and für´s herz. So we spent a day in a nice backyard and had a lot of fun shooting. And here are some of the first results :-)

Sari - the German Pin up Girl Trailer

Hello everyone,

For two weekends I have been filming with the lovely ladies from Die Frau mit dem Bart Productions for a new documentary. Christin and Claudia are the masterminds behind the German Documentary classic "Rockabilly Ruhrpott" which they did a few years back that still has mutliple re-runs every year in German tv and has recently started to pop up in the US as well. Back in the day they interviewed me for this documentary and now got back to me about doing an documentary about me and my pin up modelling. In this documentary you will also meet my friend Anni who has known me for roughly 15 years and the lovely folks at Lucky Lola where we were doing a little shooting.

I can´t tell you yet when this will be broadcasted and where it will be as negotiations with tv stations are still in progress, but I will keep you up to date. Meanwhile you can enjoy the trailer and a few funny Making off photos :-)

Jolie... delayed to this weekend

Hi everyone,

in case you belong to those desperately browsing the newsstands for Jolie (I´m not kidding when I tell you that my Mom has been browsing at least 7 shops and counting, my boyfriend browsed every kiosk he passed by, my fathers side of the family bought the old one and got frustrated cause they couldn´t find me and I even got messages by people not related to me in any way that are disappointed cause they couldn´t find it) I can tell you... It is delayed to THIS SATURDAY the 10th of April due to eastern-holidays. FOR SURE! Like 100%!!! I mailed them to ask ;-)

At least we all have a training in how to go to a newsstand & browse it in the quickest possible way now :-D Keep calm, go buy it this Saturday AND keep your eyes open for the scans in my blog! (Make it the best sold Jolie issue ever - it is just 1,80 € for the pocket sized or 2,20 € for the big sized one - and tell them how much you love it! That could increase my chances to get booked again;-)

Happy Tag der Deutschen Einheit!

Now that it´s done I can tell ya....

Hi everyone!
I said I´ll tell you when I´m done, so now I do!

My German readers settled in the NRW area surely will know the Newspaper Express. No. I´m NOT their new naked page 1 girl. They have a website, too and there you also find clips with video-reports and stuff. Well, I´ll belong to the "stuff" myself, soon. Today they followed me to a shooting with the wonderfull Miss Giggles and filmed us and made a short interview with us.

Since millions of people actually read the newspaper Express their website should have a similar traffic which means that my work will have a bigger exposure to the public once the clip is released than ever before. The clip will be put up somewhen between tommorow and the coming three weeks, but off course I´ll inform my faithfull readers once it´s up there!!!
